Part of the UT99 Compilation map pack by Euchreplayer23.
PS3 INSTALL: put USERDATA.JAM at the root of a FAT32 USB drive, then Community → Mod Browser → IMPORT CONTENT
On copies of the game older than version 2.0 the path and menu differ — check which version you have.
